The driving school is near u gurage in ganton go up the street tot he dollar sign and ur there.

there is not a code for unlimeted health but u can use the health cheat: R1,R2,L1,X,left,down,right,up,left,down,right,down,up. hope this helps
i have recently found a cool way to enter the airport on the second island and this is how to do it.
For a brick, he flew pritty goood.
