you have to be a weapons master press l1 on your controler this will show your weapon stats and everything else when you fill that bar up you have two weapons.it also works for sawedoff shotguns too.the best way to that is just shot everybody in sight,but watch your wanted level.

there is not a code for unlimeted health but u can use the health cheat: R1,R2,L1,X,left,down,right,up,left,down,right,down,up. hope this helps
