To be honest the 350z is the best drifter in the whole game. Its definitely one of my fav cars - both on the street and sliding down the canyon. But if you find that 2 much of a handful, cos its a bit light, then try a supra. Its heavier and much easier to control than a 350z but the Z has better stats and can go faster, ergo its better at drifting. After your fun with the rwds (real-wheel drives) try a 4wd (4 wheel drive) like an impreza or an evo. They're MUCH more of a handful than rwds and the timing is completely different to an rwd. 4wds will test even the most experienced drifter at drifting. You master these, ur well on your way to becoming a DQ

Thanks for the help... I've been Practicing with the 350Z because it seems for me to actually be the EASIEST to handle when I drift. So I fugre I'll stick with the 350Z untill I find another car that I like...

By the way.. lol.... since I know you've BEATEN the game soo many times... I got another question.... like I'm on the final part where I beat wolf, angie, and kengi and I BEAT Darius in the city with my 350Z.. but NOW I can't seem to beat him... got any advice for this part.. maybe I sohuld pick a different car? (note: this is the first time I have'nt beaten the game yet lol)

huh... im surprised u beat darius in the city with a Z. Congrats! But Its very technical and soz but im gna be REALLY anal as to why u cant beat darius with a Z.

Firstly, its a canyon. The normal rules apply but they are REALLY stretched to the limit. For example the Z is a rwd and the Quattro is a 4wd, meaning that your gna lose ground coming outta the corners cos theres limited grip for the car to accelerate in an rwd. A rwd has 2 tires to distribute power to the road whereas the Quattro (darius's car) has 4 tires to distribute power, hence the name 4wd. So you need to preferably switch to a 4wd, and i recommend a gallardo cos its the cheapest exotic and it has 4wd.

Secondly, power is a huge issue. Despite the fact its a downhill run, and that power differences do not apply in small quantities, they start to become more obvious when they are in HUGE quantities. For example the Z, fully tuned, is around 500hp (these are guesses btw). The Quattro is probs around 700-800 hp. Using that sense you could probably use a muscle to beat him (around 1000hp), which i have done, but theres the handling factor, in which the Z totally outclasses the quattro. But there has to be a balance. Tuners are too weak but handle amazing, Muscles are far too strong and they handle crappily. Therefore Exotics are best suited for this job. Preferably a gallardo cos it has the same amount of power(-ish ) and it has the 4wd to match the quattro. And its the best sounding car in the game, 2nd only to a Carrera GT.

Overall, get a gallardo and fully tune it. Use the same settings i gave you for drifting and use it on the gallardo, cos i found out that those settings are optimum for canyon duelling as well.

i hat ehow that the Audi Le MAns is faster than any other car in the game, it's kinda slow in real life, the Gallardo can kill that thing, even a tuner could. I wish creators of the game would be more realistic in the fact of cars

yeah me too. The R8/Le mans (watever) has only a measly 414hp - the gallardo has 507hp. Ea do try.... but not so much
