When I try to play the game I get one fullscreen white window and one small black window in the top left corner... i can see some shadows and lightning here and there, but the game is not playable.... I have checked the official FAQ and support, but I could not find anything usefull.... can anyone help me???? please I realy want to play this game...

I don't really know what to tell ya, I beat this game for the Xbox not PC. But you should try and get it working...it's a great game, to me the best out of the series.

This game requires graphics card with shader model 3.0: ATI Radeon X1000 series & later only or nVidia GeForce 6000 series & later only.

try and set your graphics performance to low or medium...see if it works

you also need to patch it to the newest patch (can't remember which version) if your computer can run the game
it helped when i patched it
