I noticed another problem the Shipyard MOD.

If you start a new game once you've placed the 'cheat modified file' in the English folder, yes...it does give you tons and tons of space to place objects at low costs...BUT...it also TAKES AWAY the Special Edition Ship Components and Hulls offered with the 1.4v Patch.

Now yes, I know. Trainers and things like this are made for when the game usually FIRST comes out with patches, and that patches change that....but the patch made for the game was NECESSARY to stop random spawned ship-designs into each race and other bugs. Has anyone figured out how to get around this while still getting the MOD to work and retain the Special Edition Content?

I tried making saved games of each Race Ship Type (Yor, Terrain, Dregin, etc.) so that I could shape the basic ship hull to my satisfaction, then start a new game where the Shipyard MOD would be (hopefully) working. In theory, I'd then have access to a ship with special edition parts there but still tons of room to place weapons, etc.

When I tried it out, it didn't work Unless someone figures how to type the command lines in via Notepad so it doesn't affect the Special Edition Parts, I won't use this MOD.
