Unlockable Real Ending
The ending where 47 dies at the end of the game (on Requiem) is not the game's real ending. What you need to do to achieve the real ending is to move the left joystick up and down (it may be mouse or keypad on PC) back and forth (during the credits) until a surprise occurs.
Note that you will need to quickly eliminate all the witnesses in the level. All the guards in the main chapel carry weapons so you should take them out first. Good luck!

Not really a 'surprise ending'...anyone with half a brain could've figured this out...just moved my control stick and his heart started beating, easy...anymore questions just ask I've beaten all 4 Hitman games on Silent Assassin I'm proud to say...
And you have to custom your profile to change your aviatar...if you want a custom pick you have to become an Author or have someone import one for you...conversly Authors get more selection of aviatars...
