okay you know on the seventh island do you have to defeat the tower at the top??? or is it optional b/c i dont want to do it but if i have to OH and what do i do after i beat the tower?

If you mean the Trainer Tower, I don't think you have to defeat the tower to move on. But it does give good prizes. And if you do decide to takle the chalange I found it easyist if all your pokemon are at the same level, because all the other trainers pokemon will be the same level as your highest. so pick pokemon with strength and good and diverse moves so you'll be ready for any type. If you want to know what types the other trainers have just ask I'll make a list.
