4.Luigi
5.Bowser
6.Peach
7.D.K.
8.TOAD

Dry Boones ain't good either, Mario is first Yoshi 2nd, Luigi 3rd....

You can put Dry Bones to Bowser knocking him to 6th while you drop Toad, then it'll make sense

some of the characters are like really slow on their karts, & some of them are also so big, like bowser, dk, & waluigi, thats it hard 2 turn the kart. thats my opinion!
