is it true that you get a better keyblade than the ultima weapon when you beat sephiroth???? and also is ther some faq on how to get the ultimate wepeon????

When you beat Sephiroth you get the Fennier Keyblade, it has a higher physical attack, the same reach however it lowers your attack combo by one and has only one point for magic.

So yes you do get a Keyblade from Sephiroth however if it is better depends on how you fight.

with the magic side of the keyblades, what does that mean?? im gahering that it adds that many onto your magic

It adds toyour magic power, just like the attack of a weapon adds to your attack power.

ok with the moogle levels how many items do you need to synthesize to get a level up>?

That depends on which items you make, basically each item will give the moogles a certain amount of EXP and the moogles need so much EXP to level up.
I think there is a table in the link I gave you before.

ok now it says when you get level nine moogle it cuts all S class ingreedience (can't spell) in half.... on the linnk you sent me it says like 13 orchilums (cant spell that either) but if you have an energy crystal it cuts them in half.. my question is if you were level nine moogle and that cut them in half and you ALSO had the energy crystal would that halve it and halve it again?
