MC would win no doubt about it.
In my opinion, the Arbiter has a 20 out 100 chance of winning against MC.
I never really replay the Arbiters levels because they are boring. I don't even remember any of his levels!
MC ROCKS!

Halo or Legend of Zelda.
Don't know which is better, but they both sure are great!

MC would definately own in HALO 3 since they are bringing back the assult rifle! I had an Elite and a SPARTAN stand right beside each other, and their head size is exactly the same! Spartans just have more solid heads. Also, it takes an elite longer to slash with an energy sword than a Spartan!
