Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War - Dark Crusade Message Board  

Hey guys.. I have read all the other posts, but nothing seems to fit.

I just installed the game, and downloaded the basic trainer from the front page, but it doesnt seem to be working.

The details of the game are:

DoW Engine 1.1, Dawn Of War: Dark Crusade 1.0, Build 95874

Its a clean install, no others of the series installed, and im in the UK.

I unzipped the trainer into my game directory, started it, then started the game, but when i press the keys i dont get any adible prompts... so I am assuming that it is not working.

Any help on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Oh ya.. Im using a Zboard as my keyboard, but the F keys shouldnt be a problem.

The trainer only works if you first start the game, Alt+Tab out, then start the Trainer. After that, provided you are using the original version of the game (without any new patches), it will work and work great!

This goes for the PizzaDoc Trainer as well as another I got from a different site. Give it a wurl, and post back if it works bud.

P.S. - I bet your happy I came along. I've downloaded from this site for a few months and just today signed up to be able to post on it

pizzadox' trainer is ok too but it's not as good as the CH trainer. when i tested it last time it actually made the game a lot harder, with inf. resources and no pop cap and instant build i thought i should own hte enemy, but then i realised that all the options where active for the A.I. aswell

no bad talk about pizzadox though, as they have done a lot of good trainers during their existence

Hey, Sirpugg did you wanna know that you can make your own trainer? Just type "Trainer maker" into your search engine, select a site and download the software. It's hard to use though, it may not help. I hate it how they haven't released a 1.11 trainer as I have the same problem. Please Cheat Happens get a 1.11 trainer! We can't un-install our patches so the 1.10 trainer works. It's so unfair!Grrrrrrrr!!!
