The only ones I know by heart is to get way up top on Lockout.
To get on top of big tower on Ascension.
And in Headlong to get in the sloped area next to the bridge.
I also know a pointless one on Zanibar, to get you on top of Sniper respawn, but it is hard to get and it leaves you extremely exposed with very little mavuvering options.
I also jumped twice on turf, but didn't break the barrier.
Edit: And on Sanctuary, I jumped once but didn't go anywhere.

I didnt know a thing bout it but DR and them showed me on live still have not been able to do it but it is vary cool.
