The save game above is a config file for the keys and needs to go into the SCDA-Offline system folder
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent\SCDA-Offline\System\
Then just use the keys for the cheat you want, works sort of like a trainer
