what the hell is celebi and when do you get it? i have git al the badges and got about 100 pkmon. at the moment trying to get the stupid dogs! also, whats in the whirlpool islands? i already have a Lugia cuz i traded it, is it a Lugia in the caves or something else? Help me please! Also, i used my master ball, how do i get another 1?

to get celebi u have 2 capture all the dogs and go to this woman sumwhere and she givs u a gs ball and u also need rainbow wing, so wiv the gs ball go to elixer forest to the shrine and click a and celebi shood cum out but im not sure cos im lookin 4 da dogs as well, lol, and lugia is in the caves in 1 of the islands.

to get lugia you have to have hm06 with you and you go to the top right island. I know because i searched all islands and i found him but i accidently killed him but i got his brother or enemy Ho-oh

Celebi is a creature and a pokemon that uses time travel when either frighted or just wants to do time travel.his/her time travel does not effect the past/present/future.It is pretty powerful,i dont know the attacks but i know it can learn pretty awsome moves.it is also cute and adorable.Its type is grass,flying or bug.its really easy to catch its level is level 5 so be careful not to kill it.save the game before you face it.if you kill it and not save it you will never see it again. there you go, i told everything about celebi.

other wise when you scare the dogs you just go to grass close to where you scared them and to get entie rakoo ect. trade with frein then trade back and look on pokedex and they move but you must go where they are to find it if you go in building they move

when you catch all 3 dogs then you go to kurts house he'll say that hes out of busness then he'll give you the gs ball then once you got the gs ball go into ielx forest celebi shuld appear. Also DONT USE FLY TO CAPTURE THE DOGS because if you do then they will just run away ramdomly.
