how do i get to far away island and wheres the ticket? NOTE:yes i did beat the elite 4)

Either you go to a Special Event in real life. (They are very rare currently) Or you use Action Replay or Gameshark.

an Action Replay and with the right codes will give you the ticket to far away island.
