Please tell me where to find and how to catch Rikou and Antie?I can catch Suicane in the Tin Tower only.At this time,Rikou and Antie ran away.Then,I never find them.Help me my problem.Thanks. 💛

They run randomly around Johto, so you need luck to find them. Nothing else you can do. Be lucky and patient.
