groudon and kyogre are fighting in sootopolis. how do i get them to stop and archie to move away from the gym. i talked to wallace and told him raquaza was in sky pillar and he went there but what do i do now?

u go to pacifidlog town somewhere behind rocks not too far north of the town ull see a island with a cave go in keep going and rayquazas at the top of the building

I believe you follow Steven into the Cave of Origin and Wallace will depict the story of the 3rd legendary Pokemon Rayquaza.

Afterwards, you follow the route to Pacifilog Town. You'll see a tall tower and there is Rayquaza.

first you talk to steven. he will take you to the cave of Origin. you find Wallace. wallace will ask you where is Rayquaza say sky piller. then meet him there when yo u do you will have to go all the way to the top. talk to him and he will awaken. go back to Sootopolis and he'll fly down and stop the fight
