Go and download a exe fix for med2 "No-cd Fix, usually found at gamecopyworld" Make sure its a 1.0 (Not 1.10) version M2tw fix. Patch, **(Make a copy of the item you replace before you do this!) then run the trainer. It fools the trainer to think its still a 1.0 version, no harm and I am running it right now.

    Have fun

The trainer from Cheathappens is a version 1.0 trainer, to get the trainer to work on version 1.10 Medieval 2 Total War it needs to see that the .Exe file in the M2TW folder is the same version as the trainer (Version 1.0) Therefore you need a No-Cd fix for Medieval 2 Total War version 1.0 (Not 1.10). Replace the patched Medieval 2 TW .Exe 1.10 with the No-cd fix 1.0. Recap.... download a version 1.0 No-Cd fix replace your patched 1.10 Medieval 2 .exe file with the 1.0 .exe no-cd fix (Whih means you dont need a cd in your drive to play the game). Make sure you make a copy of the original .exe file and store it somewhere safe, then when the trainer gets updated to 1.10 replace the .exe with the one you saved or just repatch, up too you.

BTW it has no effect on the trainer or the game play, it has only modified the string line to check for a cdrom in your drive space. Trainer works fine and have had no problems.

If you are saying that the +7 trainer works with the patched version of the game after you apply the No-cd 1.0 fix, then you are wrong and need to check your game version again...

... Well the game works but one think - it affects the gameplay . Sicily doesnt even try to own Tunis anymore like in 1.1 . So unless you know 100% how to use the character_reset cheat then i dont recomend using this thing becouse youl play 1.0 and now 1.1

    Hi

Does anyone know for sure if this works and is using the patched version of the game or is still using buggy release if you use the old CD crack???

    Cheers

The fix makes the game 1.0 all over again and doesn't benefit the fix from patch 1.1... so in another word you are still playing patch 1.0, i tried and I'm better off playin 1.1 without trainer
