When you catch red Gyarados go to Cherrygrove city. There is a man inside a house just above the Mart, he is called Mr. Pokemon (blue hair, blue moustache and wears a hat).Talk to him and he will ask you to trade the redscale from red Gyarados with ExpShare.

There is no house above the Mark in the Cheerygroove Town and no Mr.Pokemon,too. 💛

Are you sure? He lives in a house in Route30 (Cherrygrove city). There is and a slate that reports "Mr. Pokemon's house straight ahead"
