I don't know if there is any information about this or not cause I've checked but nothing is there for what I need. I Defeated the Kirin on the Urgent 6* quests for the village chief (including all the other quests too).
After that there's nothing to do I have cleared 1*, 2* & 5* quests for the village chief. All the urgent quests are cleared. I was expecting something like the Lao-shan lung to come up on the urgent quests...but no...
Does anyone know what I have to do next to go further on?? Thanks

You have to beat all the blue lady quests and then it should show up.

Does she enable you to do the quests when you are HR2? (I am HR1, but I'm still trying to do the urgent quest "Four Horns"

You have a LOT more things to do be HR3, and you can talk to the person in blue to get Lao in village quest, you must beat all the quests that he will give you

Alot...oh great... I'm already struggling on the "four Horns" quests (gathering hall). I suppose to get onto HR 3 it's even harder Oh well, I'll do my best. Thanks for the help
