ok u need to find bill thats all i rember it was at ghost place pokecenter next to ghost gym he at pc then he goes to his house in golden rod

Talk to Bill (Golderrod city) and he will give you Eevee. You can mate any male and female pokemon to get babies (or any pokemon with Ditto). There are some pokemon that worth to mate them.
