when im playing, my character walks and runs really slow, like in slow motion, please help, why is this??

What version of the game do you have?
Is everything in slow-mo or just your character?
This could be weak computer hardware problem.

just my character, i've got a new video card, so im hoping that will work. im gonna test it out now

Ok, but in case it is still slow-mo.
Try installing a patch.It will help out.
