if you mean the skyfortress bahamut then yes that is the end of the game and Im pretty sure...but not completely, that once you head to bahamut, you can't go back. so do everything you want to before heading out

He really is crazy and it made you feel bad for Balthier. Although whenever we fought Dr. Cid I made sure Balthier was in my party fighting against him.
