well no you cannot have upstairs and dounstairs on the sims the sims 2 the sims bustin out or the sims-2-pets or the sims urbz i really wish there was stairs to because i have built a gym with the money cheat

you can only do that on the sims 2 4 pc not ps2..........quite sad really
