Did u connect to the internet using cable? U cannot use wireless internet because it is used for detecting the PSP. Once u have connected yr PC into the interenet using cable, goto wireless network connections (On PC) and find "MHPS*********" to connect to PSP wirelessly (You have to be in gathering hall and "looking for games" sry if u have already done that.

Oh the connecting stuff right..i'll try figuring that out but how do you "search/ look for games"? I did it, went to gathering hall A but it don't search for games it just connects (says channel 1 at bottom) and then goes to the gathering hall after like 10 seconds

when your in the online gathering hall, you're "seaching for games". Its a weird term used in Xlink that states if you're in ad-hoc mode, you're "searching for games" which you are doing fine job.

i also wanna get online, i know this topic is old, but i just wanna ask for help. i have a wireless router and i can go online on my psp and search in for example google, but i can't go online with mhf1. i can't buy a wifi max either cause i live in norway if i understand you guys right, can i download something kia thing from the xlink site for windows, when i have wista and then connect my psp to the pc and go online with the world in the online gathering hall? if this works or if there is a way i can go online without wifi max plz tell me

ok i have xlink kai, a psp with channel 1, a wireless router and when i go online on nfs carbon my psp is detected, but when i go to gathering hall a on mhf it isnt detected anymore and i don't see any1 in the hall either. I am using my psp usb cable, instead of wifi adapters and wifi max , but it doesn't work can some1 help me? btw is there a way to go online with infrastructure mode instead of ad-hoc on mhf, just wondering
