AT EA forums, they just confirmed that there aren't any plans to have a "EA Moderator" for the PC version of NFS Carbon, so the only way to unlock this part of the reward card is with a trainer.
Using a generic trainer, and NFS Carbon Collectors Edition, patched to 1.3, I found the online reward card data as a series of 16 bit values starting at hex offset 6B45BC4 with the beat a moderator value at 6B45BE8. I'm not sure if this address moves around depending on mode or number of cars in your career and my car garages. I set the the byte at 6B45BE8 to a 01, and then ran one race online to unlock the GT3.
Would be nice to have an official trainer to do this.
Although the online reward cards thing is really lame, they can't expect us to waste our time doing online races? I mean, c'mon, this isn't Trackmania or something, it's a Single Player game!

Well now, since this was by far, and I mean réally far, the lamest release in the NFS series how come you're surprised ? I don't get it.
Lamest? Lol, you're in way over your head man, how can you say that? Unless you're a n00b of course!
Agreed. I'm really upset that the whole game got different from what it was in Most Wanted, but I don't think its too bad that it has to go down there. I'd rather let the newer games down there and than put Carbon because I think that the new games have better tuning and cars but they're a tiny part over done.
