LOL its kind of fun reading a Base-builder/Tank-rusher's wining about "HIS" "War Hammer"(its Warhammer though).
and how a japanese publisher couldn't get the things right.
then about what seems to be a post from a really serious person until u figure out he is really just wining about how he really wants to CHEAT. I know, its what this site is all about, but anyway it sounds kind of childish.
buhuuuu!!! i want to CHEAT!!!!!
buhuuuu!!! i want to build a real nice base and go tank-rush!!!!!!
well this is WARHAMMER and there is no tankrushing here. and on the tabletop u cant cheat , because the dices decide.
TA is nice oldschool though and Supreme Commander looks really fit!!
Yeah I know but I think almost good game must be came with at least some cheat code so the newbie and anyone can play that games with fun not with frustation cuz defeate after defeated by more and more advanced AI
For me, I play game just for fun not for became frustrated It will never ruin anyone or anything, if the game came with cheat code (for single) and maybe its will give a more advanced game experience too ?
I think the game should be different when its come to PC, in tabletop I know we can't cheat so why in the PC we can't cheat too? Tabletop game is tabletop game but a PC game is a PC game, its a different matter, I think Hehehe...

What a waste! Only THQ and Relic know how to make a War Hammer. This game is just like a table game in PC. Let Namco and Baidai do anything with their Tekken and Gundam, but leave my War Hammer alone. They just spoiled it!
I agree with you 100%. I totally wasted my time and money on this peice of junk thinking it would be like the regular THQ War Hammer games. The graphics are lousy, there is no building whatsoever and, the whole thing reminds me of a "quick battle," in some of the other games. You are quite correct in your conclusion. This bunch of would be big timers not only spoiled it, they ruined it. I think they had better go back to doing what they did before, if anything and, leave the making of War Hammer games to THQ and Relic. I hope they didn't give up their day jobs.
There's not supposed to be buildings, it's like a total war game or do you think their "a piece of junk" aswell and the graphics are not lousy, are you blind? I play warhammer and i think the battles are immense in the game and if you played warhammer as well i think you would like the game alot better!
I play this game with graphic option maxed, and it is one of the best RTS games in that area. It is not a standard game of building base, and tank rushing. So all who are used to playing games like that, collecting resources, building bases...this is not game for you. For all those who say they wasted their money....you should get informed about the game before buying because every article on internet or in magazine says about the nature of this game.
In this game you need to actully think about how to win, and not just send your giant army built behind a wall somwhere to run over your enemy. So if you bought it, don't talk that graphics when you play with options to minimmum because you can't get it higher, don't talk bad about the game just because you couldn't tank rush your opponent.

Seems you started playing warhammer when dawn of war came out, well let me point out that the term RTS (real time strategy) does not mean that an option like base building must be included. Mark of chaos is a tactical RTS you have to take care of your units and manage your cash more carefuly. I began playing warhammer when dark omen went out and MC really brings out a tear in the eye of most old school warhammer players. And personaly building up a huge base with countless turrets and then building 3000 tanks or knights is not exactly what i call a tactic. You don't like Mark of chaos just don't play it and return to dawn of war it's also a very good game (thou easyer in gameplay). cheers
this game is a Stratergy game it involes realistik realtime battles that is the whole point if you want a ame were you can train troops in battle then stick to dawn of war
