Do you HAVE to tyhrow a stine at his tail to come off? And also, should I use blade with enelments like the Devil Slicer? 🤔 Or should I just use normal blades?

dude if you pay attention to the other threads you would know what to do because this question keeps on getting repeated just use any old sword and hit his tail a few times it should come off then

Read the cutting tails posts...You will get lots of information...we cannot be bothered to repeat ourselves...

ya read the posts before if their is a question that is not answered or the topic is hard to find like some one changed the subject compleatly then ask it again and the smoke clad king is called an azure rathalos

I've read the post and hit it's tail plenty of times. It doesn't come off. Do you have to throw a stone at his tail? And Can you cut it off when hes already dead? 🤔

Dude it takes about 5-7 hits before it comes off what the heck are you using

Use a great sword i use the lacerator blade + and it is Niiice...
I killed plenty of monsters and plenty of rathalos tails with it! It has moved me on very far!
Just use a powerful great sword and it'll be a success. Don't hit the head of the tail (next to its back) because it doesn't work. You might aswell hit the end of his tail where there is better chances
