I saw a website that said to unlock jeff hardy to go to the options menu and select the cheats option from there and there is no cheats option under the options menu.

Just to make it clear, there are no cheats for this game.
Ps: In season mode I just got traded to smackdown! with my Jeff Hardy CAW.

What I have learned so far is that when you finish 6 months of smackdown or raw you are traded. Depending on whether you are the champ or not and then the character that you using will determine which storylines you see.
Cheats that I have seen and tried: Andre the Giant: go to options menu, Hold R1 and L1 then press triangle, circle, up, down, left. (didn't work)
Jeff Hardy: go to options menu, select cheats option (of which as you know there is no cheats option on options menu) hold R2 and L2 then press triangle, triangle, square, square. (didnt work)
Unlock all movesets: at main menu press R1 R2 L1 R2 left down up right left down up right (didnt work)
If anyone has any cheats for this game that do work I would greatly appreciate it eventhough I have done almost all of season mode.
