its in a cave under castle anvil but you have to ask around the castle or somthing to find out just where under the castle

well if you guys could help me that would be awesome. so the problem i have is when i go to get the boots in the knights of the nine quest i t says i have to go talk to the priests at the friggen shrine or w/e so i go there. and ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS THE STUPID RUMORS TOPIC... so i even tried TCL and went underground to see if there are any secret hiding places. and i didnt find any so then i used movetoqt. i dont normally use cheats for any game and really despise them. so could someone help me out before i have to cheat to get them... i swear im getting ready to just F N EXPL DE

Turn off your your mods, and get the 1.2 patch. That's all that I can tell you

Troodon80, you say that you have beaten the Mehurez Dagon or whatever quest and Orrey quests in just 30 minutes. Imposibile. And for the Knights of the Nine I beleve you because I've done it in almost the same time.
