I really like using Sweet memories while in mediocre battles ( not boss battles). It seems to make the enemies drop lots of good stuff. But the Ultima Keyblade is the ultimate weapon.

I'd have to say the combo of ultima with fenrir in final form. That could change. Oblivion is pretty cool too.
