MH, please don't post things like this in other peoples threads, that has nothing to do with the original question. But just to give you an obvious answer, you get it from a Yian Kut-Ku in the Gathering Hall quest where you must slay atleast two of them.

Both Rathalos And Rathian Are very weak to dragon so i used the fire dragon sword GS
