Have at least 50,000 in the bank. save the game and turn it off. set your ds clock 10 years ahed then play the game. You should have a letter from the town hall saying you have got 99,999 bells of intrest. keep putting the tim foward until you hit 2099 and then put it back to the begining and do it again.
I did it and managed to get 1,000,000 in one day.
there is a downsid though, your town gets over run with weeds and your neighbours will move. But who cares if your rich.
