well, from what i seen..you first need to go into the neighborhood screen, and enter CTRL+SHIFT+C (which brings up the cheat box) then type in: EXACTLY AS YOU SEE IT HERE :
boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true. then go into the household you want to, and select the sim you want to get pregnant, but before selecting it, you have to press SHIFT then left-click on the sim, this should bring up a really different menu of options. The find the selection that says SPAWN..(i think it's that one) and then you have to click on Tombstone of L and D..a tombstone will appear, and when u click on the tombstone, a menu of options will appear, and you should be able to find it there. It should say something like Get pregnant with...and then select Grim Reaper..it's usually there, if u have problems, or it still doesn't work, let me kno.
