yes just type it once in console, press enter then press the up arrow key on your keyboared this should retype it for you .this is very handy for creating mass armies aswell.hope this helps

what a waste...all this traits and ancillary’s and you can't even use them because most of the character have 2 names...what a stupid bug...if bug it is

just use your family members in battles and hopefully they will earn themselves a nickname like William the Chivalrous. priests as well Peter the Missionary. not sure if this will work. havent tried the traits and ancillaries yet

has anybody found the location of descr_character.txt?
if you get that, i think you may have the answer to characters with multiple names in MedievalShell.

If you can't get the whole traits thing to work, try this then... Select the character you want to add the trait to and then instead of his name, just write "this". That should add the trait to the currently selected character...
