where on vice city earth do u find the police uniform is it at the police station?? i cant find it S

It's found at the police station but complete the mission at Vercetti Estates

its in cop station in washington beach area. you gotta do vercetti missions to get it. its it lockeroom. and there is no ***** in vice city that san andreas
