im trying to unlock all the breeds in my game but i only want to buy a couple which are the best dogs to have? (not including dalmatian and pug because i've already got them)

I am so not sure. I have about all the breeds and I like all the ones I have. I guess it just depends on what you want to do with them.

i'm getting the shetland sheepdog today i think i almost have enough TP to unlock it (need just 14.000 for daschund and friends) after that i want a german shepherd (need 30.000)
