Travel to Azura's Shrine located at the South East corner of Vardenfall (also on the game's paper map) its hard to miss as the entrance is marked by a very large statue of Azura you are gonna have to do a quest and then you get it did that help and dude stop making so many topics just make one and ask everything there k plz
