There is no way to give xp to only one member of your party. Even if you edited the save file, as soon as you tried to redo your party they would all jump up to your level.

There is no way to get above level 20 either, not until the first expansion introduces epic levels like I'm almost certian they will.

Well I noticed that epic feats are already in-game. Perhaps epic levels exist for a couple of bosses? If so they might be able to be unlocked with a mod.

    Perhaps...

You found epic feats? Did you happen to see epic class feats? (I.E. Epic Wizard, Epic Rogue?)

Anyone had any luck adding spells to The Sorcerer class?. I choose addspell # and it says the name of the spell and says its "memorized" but none of them are showing up in my spellbook, not even the level 2 ones won't work :/ Does the spell command ONLY work for wizards? Also it just says "Name of spell, whatever" memorized. Well Sorcerers don't memorize spells. So the command is useless except for Wizards? That blows. Is there some way around this?

Here is an interesting tutorial on how to create your own custom classes:

    forums2.avlis.org/viewtopic.php?t=133

Maybe I can edit the sorcerer class and either allow memorization until I get the ones I want (then change it back in classes.2da) OR hack his class where he gets LOTS of spell point choices when he levels up. Hmm, Will get back to you about seeing how to hack the sorcerer class in the class files in the 2DA.zip files

Ok, heh, I hacked my Sorcerer class where he gets a buttload of skillpoints every level and each time he gets to choose a spell he gets ALL of the spells that are available (for each level when he is able to choose the spells). For instance, at level 6 when you get access to your level 3 (or 4 spells) spells you have JUST enough spell choosing points to choose ALL of them and so on so I will be a "master Sorcerer." Beats having to memorizeze the spells. I think there is a flag I can set that make all the spells infinite as well in the classes.2da file. But so far with every 1-4th level spell available to me I have hardly ever had to rest to "Recharge"- as a Sorcerer can cast each spell several times without re-memorizing them. Wonder what would happen if I set the flag "HasInfiniteSpells" for a WIZARD? Would he would get infinite spellcasting? Notice that the ONLY one class with that flag for infinitespells is set and its the Warlock (who DOES get infinite Spellcasting). I will try it tommorrow with my sorcerer and tell you if the flag works. I can then make a Super Wizard Cheat Class with infinite spell casting and gets all ingame spells for that level when he chooses each spell level during leveling and tons of skillpoints bewteen each level. Maybe put in an special Amulet for pure Wizard goodness. Same with the Sorcerer and jack up the levels on the prestige clases. Could be a fun mod to play with- a more NATURAL feeling cheatmod - just play the game as usual without any cheatcodes.

Just a pure ranged spellcaster. Who can then prestige into something else and when he does he gets to keep all of his spells...hmm. Well at least for now my Sorcerer gets ALL the pspells available to the wizrd without having to type in the cheatcodes for spells.

Can't you give yourself an item with the Rogue SKILLS and drag and drop the icons from the skill bar onto your toolbar at the bottom? Lemme look at something... hey duluxe look in the 2sa folder for the files cls_skill_wiz.2da (I use excel for some of the files and wordpad for some of the other ones). Using excel one can can the list of available skills and primary class skills (marked as a 1 or a 0). Now if you noticed with "Perform" cls_skill_bard.2da, well he is the only one with the Perform skill even listed. Which is why it is probably RED But disarm traps and some of the rogue skills are at least still LISTED in cls_skill_wiz.2da. Will it not let you increase those skills at all? If not then even an item may not work as you need BASE points in that skill of at least 1. Hmm.. But you SHOULD be able to drag and drop the disable lock SKILL/traps unto your tools bar. But after playing around with it I was unable to give the BardSaong to my Sorcerer. Then again NONE of the other magics even when the falgs are checked work with my sorcerer either :/

Then again it could be a GUI problem thats class specific? Like I set the flag for my sorcerer to memorize spells and got the books and such but he still won't memorize them :/ Not sure if it will work as I said checking off the memorize flag did not work - it gave me a GUI for the wizard memo books but I could not utilize them. Sorceror and Warlock are somewhat unique though. Sorcerer just has a different TYPE of GUI and only one type will be utilized at once.

But my sorcerer CAN open locks/traps because I think he can cross class into the Rogue or arcane trickster. Also in the classes.2da try changing your "SkillPointBase" just for fun to a number like 20 (will give you 30+ points). It will give you lots of skill points each level and you can just hit "Recommend" button to get you to next screen. I am going to put in the flags for the other kinds of magic and see what happens although I will have to set up a higher number for him (the amount of spells he gets per level since he cannot memorize them).

Ok, I think I will start over as a Wizard due to the fact that you can give them ALL SPELLS from ALL schools and see if I can add some rogue stuff onto him as Sorcerer has NOW just become too restrictive now that we know we Can give Wizards infinite spells... And I will figure out a way to hack the slots other than just "Item" slot additions... MAYBE. HA!
