Just take out all the spaces except the space between A and HREF.

There are three reasons why.

1: You put in a full stop at the end of the url.

2: You're meant to put the r before the e at the start in <a href=

3: in the final part you put in <la> and not </a>, the l is meant to be a forward slash.

(eg: a link to Google without the target=_blank code will make a link like this: cheathappens.com/google.com).
