i start de trainer
and dan the game i load my save game
and i pres f1 and i dont hear the voice en it dont work
plies help my

i am not engels so my engels is not super good

so sorry for that ;-)

you have downloaded dark messiah by steam?
steam dosen't works treiners... =(
