i'm at the top of the communication tower and i'm having a hard time beating elvoret what do i do? someone please help me. thank you

Make sure that you draw from elvoret cos he has cure, so you can cure your characters if they have low health...especially when Elvoret uses tornado breath..
Just keep attacking and use your characters'limit breaks especially squall's limit break.. and keep summoning your gfs

Don't forget to draw Siren from it.
IIRC Shiva, Quezicotle (S/P?) and Ifrit can inflict a lot of damage if they have learned boost (use boost by hiding the command list with select and pressing square during the GF sequence).
