The Japanese exe can be found on Gameburnworld, just look it up. It will say Japanese 1.04. You will then download a rar which will contain the readme, DATA folder and the actual exe. Throw away the DATA folder as that will render your game useless then overwrite (after you back up the original ENG exe) the exe then launch the game. The game will then be in Japanese text, but everything is normal.
The corresponding trainer is made by ASX and it comes with 5 options with an additional reset option. If you're running anything other than Windows XP, be sure to run the trainer as an administrator or else the option will not activate.
