When I play Oblivion,everything goes fine and suddenly the game Freezes for a few seconds,then the game exits to windows and says Oblivion has encountered a problem and needs to close.It happens every ten minutes.I dont know what to do!Please help!
ok i have heard about this before i believe it's something to do with hardware, some people said about having a HP printer connected crashes the game every 10-15 minutes. some have also said its the graphics card. not to sure... if some one else has had this problem please post here with your solutions. as for this post i would say this is a bug/glitch. i'm not big into them.... sorry i can't be more help.
I suggest you try to download the patch on elderscrolls.com where you get the Patch. Use it all about what you got. If you got the American version (or something) use the American Patch. As for me, i had to use the European version. Your game shouldn't crash afterwards except if you are using any other mods than oblivion Master File. My game crashes now and then since i have a huge mod, but that doesn't make such a deal, cuz it works almost all the time do try and download the Patch, and it sohuld be better Sorry for advertising on a site, but it is very helpful to download the patch

even pressing SHIFT with ~ doesnt work! i've tried the button 2 left of BACKSPACE and i've tried the button 2 under ESC. but nothing works... please help me it is really starting to bug me. is it my keyboard and/or computer? they are both ACER and my keyboard is wireless. my system is ALIENWARE is that a problem? please Troodon80 please help me!!!!!!!!!!
okay well first nrautava *any* virus is a problem just use your anti-virus and delete it or quarantine it. as for the error i can't help with that and i'm not about to infect my dream machine intentionaly, you understand, i'm sure.
and second 2 under ESC is "TAB" press 1 under ESC and 1 left of the button "1" your system shouldn't have anything to do with it i've heard nothing but good news from ALIENWARE, but it could be. i would suggest you find out what you keyboard configuration is, and, if it's not already, set it to English(UK) or English(USA) wether it's wireless shouldn't have any baring on it but as long as it's the traditional QWERTY keyboard. QWERTY is the first 6 letters on your keyboard. thats just about all the help i can give you without seeing what the keyboard looks like or hearing more about its layout.
do try and download the Patch, and it sohuld be better
