I need help beating Drake i keep losing

Teach some pokemon Ice moves. Drake can take down dragons, water pokemon, electric and ground/rock real easy, so use a metal pokemon with ice beam if thats possible lol, i think Aggron can learn Ice Beam. I just beat him by making all my pokemon level 60.

I have Kyogre.He keeps running out of pp before I can beat him.I beat him once but then I lost to steven.

get ice beam, blizzard, and sheer cold on kyogre. for steven, get extremely strong fire pokemon and take him out. i would suggest cammerupt or torkoal.

or Charizard or Typhlosion if you can get one

if you have pokemon emerald trade your strongest pokemon on emerald over to sapphire because it will be easier to beat the elite fourth pokemon i used were:

lv.76=rayquaza
moves=Fly,outrage,fire blast,dragon claw

lv.60=latias
moves=hyper beam,psychic,thunder,fly

lv.71=blaziken
moves=blaze kick,fire puch,overheat,fire blast

lv.60=latios
moves=fly,psychic,luster purge,dragon breath

lv.60=groudon
moves=fire blast,rest,fissure,solarbeam

lv.61=swapert
moves=earthquake,blizzard,muddy water,sheer cold
