First download the .sga reader/extractor from DOW Files
dawnofwar.filefront.com/file/Corsixs_DoW_SGA_Reader;31860

Then use it to extract the races folder (data\scenarios\sp\races) from DXP2Data.sga located in the \Dawn of War - Dark Crusade\DXP2 folder

Make sure that the .race files are located in \Dawn of War - Dark Crusade\DXP2\Data\scenarios\sp\races

Then load up the .race file, for the race you wish to mod, with notepad. Scroll down until you find Promotions =. Then make all 10 conditions entries say

Conditions =
{
ConqueredTerritories = 1
}

and you will unlock all the war gear for that race after the first battle when you play the campaign. You can also modify any Cost = values to 0 and all units/honor guard units on the campaign map will cost nothing.

Anyways, the wargear even helps :\? I see that i have that stuff, high dmg n ****, but when ingame i play i see normal dmg n stuff. -.-
