Go through the cave on the northwestern part of the island. Please make note that the cave's lower levels are dark and to navigate them effectivly you'll need to teach Flash (HM) to one of your pokemon.

For you to be able to use Flash you have to beat the Gym leader Brawly, then when you're in the dark part of the cave Select the pokemon you taught it to, and it should be in blue writing.
