i have beat this game 3 times . and the hardest blacklist for me is still vito, number 12 on b-list., i can blow everyone else away , but he is still the hardest,. who is the hardest for any of u??????

Erm...there is no 'vito' in this game and number 12 is izzy, and she is very easy.
well i think the hardest one is bull (including his races) but there doesnt exist a 'vito'

There wasn't any hard blacklist racers. The only thing that I think is pretty hard in this game were the last few challenges in the Challenge Series.
