Windows Media Center PCs (the majority of them at least) come with a remote sensor connected to them to allow the use of a remote control to control the media aspects of the PC, such as TV, videos, and images. n order to bring up the cheat console in Oblivion you will need to unplug the remote sensor from the PC. Once it has been unplugged, the cheat console in Oblivion will come up just like it would on any other PC.
