The only thing you can do is email them and tell them(i think ) and rebuy it

I'v had this happen once or twice, honostly all I done was make sure my game was up to date, then re-enter my CD-Key and it has since worked fine for me. I dont know if this will help your problem, and sadly doubt it will help you any but, tis what got me back in the battle, hope it helps though!
